Intervale's Student Council has been busy with the Holiday Season by collecting pajamas for those children in need in our community. With the support of Scholastic Books, 144 pairs of pajamas were counted by executive officers, Muhammed Hussain( President), Audra Crane(Vice President), Maddie Harmon(Secretary) and Harita Chithambaranathan(Treasurer) and one book was donated for each pair to provide warm cozy nights to many children.
The Student Council is gearing up for the month of January by having a Pajama Day the day we return from Winter break, a "Dress like a Snowman" day and putting together a day to honor Martin Luther King. The student council meets once a month to create many spirit days as well as school programs.
